Right of Withdrawal

(A consumer is any natural person who acts for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.)

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party named by them, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). The consumer may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Refunds shall be made at no additional cost to the consumer. In the event of a withdrawal, we shall refund the amount for the returned goods immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the goods. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that the consumer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until the consumer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The consumer must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which they informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the consumer sends the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

The consumer can choose whether to bear the direct costs of the return shipment themselves or to request a return label from 1000PACKS. In the latter case, 1000PACKS will cover the transport costs but will charge a flat fee of €10 per returned package. 1000PACKS will bear the return costs in full if the order was incorrectly assembled. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• The delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly personalized;

• The delivery of goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with this policy. No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to entrepreneurs.
